Now during fasting our skin will start losing its glow and nourishment as the holy month of Ramadan is ready to start.   1. Don’t use makeup. The Ramadan should be kept away from makeup.   3. Eat fiber. Your skin will be repaired by use of fiber-rich foods. The essential oils present in fruits, vegetables, fish and nuts will act as skin healers. So make sure to take them at least in iftar.
  4. Yogurt is also a protein-rich food to nourish your body along with its ability to help digestion. You can also apply it as facial mask along with eating in seher and iftar.
