Afridi top selection at Caribbean Premier League draft

The all-rounder Shahid Afridi, Jacques Kallis, Mahela Jayawardene, Ross Taylor and Lasith Malinga were the top highest profiles international performers were assigned at the Caribbean Premier League 2015’s performer’s draft, in Jamaica. By the league’s latest franchise from St Kitts and Nevis, Afridi in the top grade of the eleven payment brackets at the draft was claimed.

Kallis went to Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel, Jayawardene to Jamaica Tallawahs, Taylor to St Lucia Zouks and Malinga to Guyana Amazon Warriors. As well Marlon Samuels was between the biggest local players in the draft, several others by their franchises were maintained sooner than the draft, and he was demanded by St Kitts and Nevis.
