The experts have proved in a research that high consumption of bananas can protect from stroke and high blood pressure. British medical experts say that banana is one amongst those fruits which naturally contains potassium in high amount. Therefore, those people who ate bananas regularly are protected from the diseases like HBP. It is also shown in the research that around 420mg of potassium is present in a banana whereas those people who consume more potassium in their diet can protect themselves from stroke by 24%.
