According to the details, Waseem Akram said that if the bowling action of Bilal was not right, then why did he allow to play in the international competitions. To resolve such issues, the board can get help from the bio mechanic lab. The necessary tools and equipments were imported for this project but these tools were kept there in the board office and it is going to rot. If the lab were activated then it would give benefit to the cricket in Pakistan.
