Ceglia is the New York based American businessman and he claims that he owns half of facebook and now his life fall in danger.
Paul Ceglia is facing the charges that he has done fraud with owner of facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. He sent email to Bloomberg and said that he was forced to leave the city due to serious threat to his life and he would be arrest on the new charged and he could be jailed or killed before start of the trial.
Ceglia claimed that he has some business contact with him and he sent some emails to Zuckerberg to support the allegation and he paid the founder of the social media site so that he can build a website, which will be just like facebook. He was arrested on the charges of continuing the case of multi-billion dollar scheme in 2012 and he defraud Zuckerberg and facebook with the use of fabricated, destroyed and doctored evidence, which support his claim after making the investigation of the contact but the emails were not found.
He sent four emails, in which he wrote that there was none in the government on whom he could trust. He said that there was sound reason behind the news that he would be killed, the fear that the trial would expose the indulging of CIA of US with the venture capital arm in the Q-Tel and Facebook. Ceglia has to hide in 2015 with his family two months before the commencement of the trail for snapping off the electronic ankle bracelet.
He said that he was deprived of the right to jury trial when the law suit was filed against Zuckerberg and Facebook in Buffalo at the pretrial stage. The criminal case of the government was filed 500 kilometers away in Manhattan and the civil case was also pending and it was also illegal because he filed a lawsuit against them and now he was prosecuted.
His location is still unknown to the authorities in US and Ceglia says that he has applied for asylum in a country and he did not identify the name of the country. He wants to inform his family and friends about him that he is alive and he is in good state of health. He provided information about his well being but not about his whereabouts.
Vanessa Chan is the spokesperson of facebook and she declined to comment on it. Zuckerberg and facebook claimed earlier that the claim was bogus and said that they were involved with a contract of StreetFax and he did not conceive the social network.
