Drinking water before Meal good for Reduces weight

Nowadays people are very busy to reduce their weight through exercise and other such things and it’s a big reason that obesity is increasing in the whole world including Pakistan. But now a new research has come forward to shed extra weight according to which additional drinking of water reduces the weight rapidly which will make you smart.

According to a research by British University, drinking of 500 ml water before meal reduces the weight very quickly. According to researchers, this change is very beneficial which is also given by your doctors.

The experts selected 84 obese persons for this research and they used this way of drinking water on them for 12 weeks while these persons were also given life style and eating schedule through Weight Management Consultation. After that, they were divided in 2 groups. 41 people of the first group were given the water to drink half hour before the meal while the 43 people of the other group were given water far earlier than the meal. During this experiment, these people were allowed to drink water from tap while extreme cold water and other drinks were prohibited.

The research showed that the weight of people who drank water quite earlier than meal was reduced 1.3 kg more as compared to those people who drank the  water after the meal while the weight of the group which drank water half hour before the meal reduced by 4.3 kg in 12 weeks.

The expert of University of Birmingham says that the biggest advantage of this research was its simplicity because only drinking half liter water is very helpful in reducing your weight. He also said that increase in physical activities will boost the benefit of this process.
