Every Third Indian Uses Free Wi-Fi Watching Porn Videos
Every third Indian citizen admitted that he used the free Wi-Fi service to watch the porn videos. They watched the porn videos at the hotels, airports, workplace and libraries. The study has been conducted about 15,000 adults across 15 countries of the world including Netherlands, Japan, Indian, Brazil, UK, USA and Maxico. There are over 1000 respondents from India and half of them admitted that they watched the adult content on the public places like hotel, work, hostels and Airbnb and one third of them said that they did at cafes or restaurants.
The study revealed that one in six respondents admitted the use of the free public Wi-Fi to watch the suggestive content. From the admitted person watching the adult content, 17 percent did it at the libraries, 18 percent did at the bus or railway station and 25% did it on the airport. There are about 24% of the respondents, who watched the adult content on the streets using the public Wi-Fi and 15% did it at the schools to watch the adult content.

The Cyber Security firm said that people did not take care that with the use of the public Wi-Fi, they put their personal and private information at risk. Two out of three people think that their personal information are safe when they use public Wi-Fi and 55% people could not tell whether their public Wi-Fi network was secure or not.
It is very alarming situation as less than 20% people use the virtual private network in order to protect themselves. People think that they are safe, when they use public Wi-Fi versus the reality. Someone thinks that their personal information is safe but the hackers can access their personal information easily with the use of Wi-Fi networks or apps.
