Among them, such people, who took exercise five hours in a week, their heart became strong. The over one thousand people included in this survey, 50% of them have the big heart and they took the exercise to 5 hours in a week.

The people, who took jogging for three hours in a week and also took other exercises, the left ventricle in their heart was 24 times bigger. The people, who took exercise for five hours in a week, this ratio was 4.4 times bigger. The effect of the exercise was also noticed in the right ventricle. According to the experts, most of the people think that increasing in the size and structure of the heart is considered as common disease. The study has proved that this is not the disease and the size of the heart is increased due to exercise and not due to any disease.
