Latency from PTCL to Cloudflare customers reduces by over 3x across Pakistan.
According to preliminary reports, you may have noticed that latency per request has decreased by over 3× as much as 150ms.
This means that your favorite websites will open up more faster than ever, for the people who play online games like fortnite and other will sure feels the difference in online lag.
Cloudflare said that these numbers are expected to improve more as they are tuning and routing for their customers.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you try to open a site it takes time as you send request to the server, and as far the server is the more time its going to take for the website to open.
Now suppose you are not the only one who sent the request, the more request the server will get the more slowly it will operate, infact to many request can result in a denial of service attack. Think about daraz and other e commerce websites on black Friday and you will get the idea.
