Internet Restored in Pakistan Fully After Fixing of Submarine Cable

Internet speed was disturbed in Pakistan due to fault in the submarine cable, which is now removed and the new submarine cables are fixed and the internet speed is restored in Pakistan. IMEWE is now operational at the full capacity and the internet access and speeds in the country are now restored fully.

It was reported that IMEWE was cut yesterday morning and Pakistan was disconnected with the rest of the world. The concerned firms took the quick resolution of the cables in record time and IMEWE is now providing the service after the detection of the fault and it has been repaired now. PTCL maintains and operates IMEWE in Pakistan and it has confirmed that the service to the users is restored back to normal within less than 36 hours and PTCL said that there was no customer, who got the expected service and now the service is restarted their routes after necessary repair. It is necessary to mention that SEAMEWE4 and TW1 submarine cables connect Pakistan with rest of the world and it is still down as the repair work is being carried on both the cables.
