Arizona, The scientists have revealed it for the first time that the jogging in the morning time and the quick race can develop the senses and it also improves the memory. It also helps the people to make immediate decisions.

According to the experts, the jogging activates the frontal cortex of the brain and it is revealed earlier that playing any musical instrument can activate the frontal cortex but jogging is also helpful in awakening it. The experts of University of Arizona analyzed 11 different persons, who have age range from 18 to 25 years. They said that they neither took any exercise nor did the hard work during last one year. They also got completed the questionnaire from the participants and they also took help of the Mathematics to know the physical status. After the jogging, the participants are analyzed through the MRI scanner.

They knew through the analysis, that the connections of the mental tissues became stronger and aggressive and they also helped the parts of the brain, which are connected with thinking and understanding. However, the people, who did not take exercise, there is no such activity observed in their brain. The head of the research work said that running or jogging is not a simple task but there are some other steps like taking steps, control the body, keep the race and maintain it, which are very important tasks and it also affects positively on the mental circuit. In brief, it is said that jogging in the morning time can make that part of the brain better, which is connected with the memory.
