Holy Kaaba is the structure that stands in the middle of Masid Al-Haram in Makkah which is the most sacred place in Islam. Muslims all around the world turn towards it to pray as it is considered as “House of Allah”. But most of the people don’t know what is inside the Holy Kaaba.
There are three wooden columns which are from floor to ceiling of Kaaba, over 1350 years old, while its total area is not more than 180 square meters.
These dark brown columns have 44 cm diameter and perimeter of around 150 cm. Gifts of Kaaba are suspended from a pillar that is present between the three columns.
