According to the notification by University of Karachi, the election for the syndicate seats of teachers, professors, associate professors, assistant professors and lecturers in university academic departments will be organized on 25^th February 2015 while its schedule has also been announced. According to schedule, nomination papers will release from 12^th January, voter list will be issued on 16^th January while disagreements on the voter list can be submitted till 23^rd January and the final voter list will be issued on 30^th January 2015. Nomination papers will be accepted till 6^thFebruary. The list of nominated candidates will release on 13^th February. The candidates can withdraw their nomination papers till 17^th February. The final list of the candidates taking part in election will be issued on 20^th February while the election will be held on 25^th February 2015. The result of election will be declared on 2^nd March 2015.
