The fellowship, which is applied to cover the expenses of full tuition, which is commensurate with standard departmental level of enrolment and the associated fees. The candidates will get the monthly stipend for living and academic expenses including room and board, books, instruction materials, academic supplies, local transportation and reasonable personal expenses. The travel stipend is intended to cover economy class ticket for one annual trip to and from Stanford.
Note: Knight-Hennessy scholars may apply for the supplemental funds to meet other academic expenses e.g, conference travel.
Eligibility Criteria
All citizens are welcomed for the scholarship. The applications for Knight Hennessy Scholars from the citizens of all countries of the world. They must have their bachelor degree in any discipline.
The candidates must have completed their bachelors or master degree in 2014 or after 2014.
The candidates are not eligible if you have completed your bachelors or masters degree before 2014.
If the candidates are still studying in college for your first / bachelor degree, you are eligible to apply to complete your first / bachelor degree, before you get enrolled as graduate students at Stanford.
If you have passed the graduate degree, you will be eligible to apply in 2019 as long as you got the first / bachelor degree in 2014 or later.
If you have obtained or expect to obtain degree from any university, where English is official and sole language of instruction, the candidates do not need to get results of english proficiency exams.
