LHC Suspends Decision to take CSS Exams in Urdu

Lahore High Court has suspended the decision to conduct CSS exams in 2018. A 2 member bench, headed by Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, heard the case about conduction of CSS exams in Urdu. On that occasion, Federal Govt. had the view that it is not possible to take CSS exams in 2018 in Urdu but it is not prepared to do so. The govt. told the court that 43 out of 51 subjects could not be translated in Urdu due to which it is not possible to take these exams in Urdu language.

CJ LHC remarked that how students with graduation in English language can take CSS exams in Urdu. FPSC is not prepared to take these exams in Urdu. It suspended the decision of taking CSS exams in Urdu and noticed the Federal Govt. for 13th April in which it will be asked about the time required to prepare CSS syllabus in Urdu.

It should be cleared that single bench of LHC ordered to take CSS 2018 exams in Urdu but Federal Govt. filed an application against this decision that taking CSS 2018 exams in Urdu is not possible.
