Meizu officially revealed the MX4 Pro today at a dedicated launch party in China. The phone has a 5.5” Sharp-made display with 2560×1536 pixel resolution. Its bezels are very narrow whose width is 2.8mm and 542ppi is their pixel density.
Under the hood, there are 2GHz Cortex A-15 quad-core and 1.5GHz Cortex A-7 quad-core CPU, a Samsung Exynos 5430 chipset, Mali T628 MP6 GPU and 3GB of RAM. There are 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacity of internal memory available without any microSD card slot.
The MX Pro has a 20.7MP f/2.2 Sony-made camera with dual LED flash at the back while there is also a 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera at the front.
All the basics are covered by Meizu MX4 Pro on the connectivity with Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and Wi-Fi 802.11 ac. The phone supports both TD-LTE and FDD-LTE network via same radio but there is no IR blaster.
Below the display, the MX4 Pro boasts a fingerprint sensor fixed in the home button. Meizu says the identification angle is 360 degrees and the response time is 0.5s.
Based on Android 4.4 kitkat, the phone runs Flyme 4.0. in China, the sales of the phone starts on 6thDecember with a price of $410.
