The govt. has decided to remain the mobile phone service close on 9th and 10th Muharram in the whole country due to danger of terrorism.
The decision of closure of mobile phone service is taken due to security threats. The sources told that the decision of closing mobile phone service is taken on request from security departments and provincial governments.

According to sources, mobile phone service will remain close on the routes of Muharram processions and it will remain close till the end of these processions.
