As many as 100,000 youth would be trained by the national vocational and technical training commission (NAVTTC) under phase IV of the prime minister’s youth skill development program in the next month.

An official of NAVTTC told that the first batch from the current phase of the PM’s youth skill development program will starts from 25 October, next month in which training will be imparted for as many as 116 trades.

NAVTTC, he said that they are working hard to enhance the quality of training and take it to international standards so that our youth is well equipped and easily secure in jobs at home and abroad.

He said that the industrial links should be strengthened so that our youth can get easily job right after their training.

He said that in next phase, students will be provided with on job at various industries so that they get hands-on experience.

Training a hundred thousand boys and girls will definitely makes a hundred thousand homes financially stable that will also help in the economic development of the country, he also said that National Skill competition under NAVTTC will be held on October 23 at Islamabad, in which the winner of provincial skills competition will exhibit their skills in various trades.

The winner of each trade will be awarded with RS. 100,000
