Karachi, The biggest 47th Nigar Award is going to start once against after long time of 12 years. Aslam Ilyas Rashidi has made the announcement of the Nigar Award in a press conference in a local hotel in Karachi. This is the biggest film award of Pakistan and it is started once again after a long time. At this moment, the senior actors and the young actors like Mustafa Qureshi, Ghulam Mohi Uddin, Kashif Warsi, Fahad Sherwani, Saeed Rizvi, Saud, Humayun Saeed, Adnan Shah Tipu, Ali Rizvi, Sahir Lodhi, Asim Raza, Mohib Mirza, Amna Sheikh, Zulfiqar Ramzi and other personalities attended the event.
Aslam Ilyas Rashidi said that due to crisis of the Pakistan film industry, no particular movies are being made and the award ceremony was stopped and now good movies are being made and it is encouraged to start the award ceremony once again after long period of 12 years. Now this award ceremony will be conducted on 21 March. It is hoped that the artists will encourage him and Kashif Warsi is the managing director of the award and Fahad Sherwani is the director of the show. The award was started by Ilyas Rashidi, who was father of Aslam Ilyas and he was the sole representative of the Pakistan film industry for last seven decades. He said that he is trying to take the mission of his father.
The leading actor Ghulam Mohi Uddin said that when he talked about Nigar award, then he remembered Ilyas Rashidi and he paid the rich tributes to him that he showed good performance and his services for the movies will not be forgotten. There are some other persons, who also addressed the event and they paid the tribute to Ilyas Rashidi.
