They do such things in order to take your personal information or your money. They can use your personal information to empty your bank account by stealing your identity. It is a big crime to give hope to the needed person to give them money by doing job and then give them nothing by doing such fraud.

After working there for a while and proved your loyalty as an employer then few of these companies will let you to work as an effective employee for all or part of your hours.
