According to this survey, India with the living index of 24.14 is the cheapest country which is followed by Moldova, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Nepal. You can find several other countries in the list also including Ukraine, Georgia, South Africa Romania and others.

Total 50 items were taken to account in this survey including clothing, utility, food and drink from supermarkets and restaurants, internet and mobile phone bills, leisure activities, accommodation and taxi fares.
Nepal has cheapest apartments and restaurant meals while cinemas prices, electricity bills and transport are lowest in Cuba. Ukraine has cheapest McDonalds combo meal while Uganda provides the cheapest pair of Levis 501s.
Among these 20 most cheapest countries, the highest percentage of forest land (54%) and the highest life expectancy (79 years) is in Colombia while world’s most heritage sites (32) are in India.
The most expensive cities to live and work
The best average internet connection speed (12.8mbits per second) is in Romania while Ukraine has minimum chances of a natural disaster, Moldova has fewest roads (9352 kms) and the least urbanized country is Bosnia & Herzegovina.
