The international defense exhibition, Ideas 2016 will be started from today in Karachi. The Prime Minister of Pakistan will inaugurate the exhibition. The security plan of the defense exhibition has also been organized. According to the plan, 4 companies of rapid response force will also perform the security in the area.
The defense exhibition will be inaugurated from today in the Expo Center in Karachi and it will last for 4 days. The prime minister will also inaugurate the display of weapons, which are also exhibited there.
The 90 delegations of 43 countries are participating in this exhibition in which 30 envoy were high level officials and they are headed with the defense ministers, defense secretaries, chief defense staff or serving chiefs of those countries. There are total 261 international and Pakistani companies, which will participate in the exhibition and 418 companies of 34 countries will display their products in this exhibition. In this exhibition, the president of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain, heads of all three armed forces, and chairman of Joint Chief of Staff Committee, Defense Minister, Federal Minister for Defense Productions and various other federal ministers. The registered citizens can also participate in this exhibition. According to the security plan of the defense exhibition, two SPs, 4 DSPs and two thousand police officials will perform the security of the exhibition. The roads around Civic center will remain closed for the general traffic. The citizens are directed to take the substitute road and the University road will remain open for the traffic.
