Lahore, University of the Punjab Lahore is going to establish the Hailey College of Banking and Finance (HCBF) and Professionals and Accountancy Center (PAC) in Dubai under Knowledge and Human Development Authority. They have signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) to set up the varsity campus in Dubai for the provision of training and skill development program.
According to the signed agreement, PAC Dubai will provide all necessary support to HCBF to make the strategy for the establishment of the campus of Punjab University in Dubai. They will organize the capacity building seminars and the workshops in the agreement with the requirements of various industries, units and professions. The Hailey College of Banking and Finance and Professionals and Accountancy Center will make the cooperation for the establishment of the database in order to promote the employment of HCBF graduates in Pakistan and other countries.
