According to a report from ET News, Samsung will be the latest manufacturer to get into the megapixel race. On 20 megapixel camera modules, the company’s Mobile Advanced Development team is already working.

With the implementation of Optical Image Stabilization option, the global market leader is allegedly still facing difficulties and to differentiating its products, it is looking for other means.
In the second half of next year, Samsung’s upcoming camera module is expected to debut. It would likely debut on the next-generation galaxy note phablet it means but at the moment, there is no official word.
