The documentary movie, Saving Face of Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy got the worldwide broadcast and the first broadcast is HBO in North America. Now this documentary movie is nominated for five different nominations of Annual News & Documentary in Emmy Awards 2013 in various categories including:

- Outstanding Research work on the documentary movie
The main theme of this movie is, to show the women affected by the acid violence and how their lives are disturbed after this violence takes place. The movie also supports the affected to show them the route to get justice against this inhumanity. The director of the movie got the help of different NGOs, doctors and plastic surgeon especially, Dr Muhammad Jawad.
The annual 34th News and Documentary Emmy Awards is going to be scheduled on October 01 in New York.
