The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) warned the public against the investment in the fake company, ‘Fine Sarmayakari Company’, which tries to trap the innocent people through the social media to make the investment in the fake schemes.

It has come in the notice of the SECP that a company with the title of ‘Fine Sarmayakari Company’ is being run by an anonymous person, who is engaged in the unauthorized and dubious activities and he placed the advertisements in various newspapers. The person is trying to collect the deposits from the public and offers different ponzi and investment schemes.

SECP has made it clear that the company is not registered with SECP and it is raising the unauthorized deposits from the public with the offer of the multi level marketing (MLM), pyramid and ponzi schemes, which are the unlawful and unauthorized business activities.

The SECP warned the public that they should get interest in their fraudulent activities and Ponzi schemes by entities and companies, through the advertisement in the electronic and print media, websites, emails and mobile text messages.
