The application was introduced through a statement by Pakistan Sindh Rangers on Sunday. The Mobile App called SOS Alert.
Sindh Rangers Introduce An App For Public Safety
The basic purpose of the launching SOS Alert App in Karachi is to provide awareness among the people of Karachi to make their lives secure and to overcome the rising crimes in the city. The Pakistan Sindh Rangers launches this app for hospitals, banks, educational institutes, business communities, and civilians from other sectors. However, the facility will not be provided to everyone in the city as there are millions of residents.
The registered persons or authorities on the rangers SOS Alert App will be able to inform the rangers immediately in the case of any emergency or security threat. Officials at the Sindh Rangers facility will then send the nearest patrol to the emergency location via their control rooms.
Sindh Rangers is committed to provide protection to the citizens of various institutions as per the requirements of modern age. Rangers are urging people to report emergencies and incidents in a timely manner so that personnel can respond in a timely manner and eliminate crime.
