Story of Yeh Jawaani hay Deewani

According to the story of Yeh Jawaani hay Deewani shooting took place in different places especially Hadimba Temple, Gulaba, Banjaar, Hamta, and Nagger whereas few shots had to be taken at height of 14,000 feet above sea level where the crew faced a temperature as low as -10 degree. . The film shooting also took place in Udaipur in May 2012, where Kapoor and Padukone also shot a romantic song which shows how romantic the story of this film is. Overwhelming heat was also faced by the unit when they shoot at Rajisthan. The shooting took place in August 2012 in Rue Mouffetard a street market in the city. Other scenes were shot in Mumbai, Filmistan. A musical sequence and some other scenes were done in Kashmir on 26th January 2012. They filmed in numerous locations such as Kongdori in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Srinagar as the story required.
