There are several drones in market that takes selfies but it is a problem to lift them along with phone. A new company ‘Selfly’ has presented solution for this problem. This drone has camera and its fans contract to become part of smartphone and it looks like that drone is attached with casing of your phone.
To use ‘selfly’, open casing of your smartphone and the motors and fans inside it will come outside. Now, throw it in air and take selfie with drone from air. There is WiFi connection in the phone while it can be controlled with a virtual joystick from screen of smartphone through app of Android and iOS.
Width of the drone is 9 mm and it has an 8 MP camera which takes 1080p video with 30fps. There is a 650mAh battery installed in it which can fly the drone for 5 minutes after charging once.
Through an adopter, the selfie drone can be attached with several phones of 6” size. It can be used with iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S7 Edge and Nexus 6. Currently, this plan is in search of required funding on kickstarter and so far its price is $79 but later the cost of ‘selfly’ will reach to $139.
