Suzuki is the leading car manufacturing company and it has highlighted its myriad of cars at Geneva International Motor Show, which can be sports, sedan, luxury, crossover, SUVs, convertibles, super, coupes and hyper cars. It is natural for the auto manufacturers to declare or reveal the new production of the model in the coming year. Suzuki has kept alive the new tradition and made the new generation of the Swift car, which is unveiled at Geneva Motor Show officially.

The fourth generation Swift is based on the new generation of Heartect platform of the company and it is light weight and rigid. The executive general manager of the company and managing officer of the global automotive operations at Suzuki Motor Corporation remarked that they have launched the advanced technology of the new generation Heartect platform, SVHS mild hybrid drive train and the protective safety system installed in the new Swift car of this company.

The weight of the vehicle is 840 kg and this new generation is 120 kg lighter then the outgoing predecessor of the vehicle. Suzuki Motor Company has launched the franchise back in 2004 and Swift has been the most successful marquee and it has done the sales of 5.4 million and it is one of all time favorite cars in the modern period. The new model of the vehicle has the features of Suzuki with the use of advanced detection system to make it combine with the monocular camera and laser sensor, which is provided for advanced safety functions like lane departure warning, high beam assist and autonomous emergency braking. It also uses the millimeter wave radar to make adaptive cruise control able and the European variant of the hatch is expected to get 1.2 liter DDIS diesel and 1.0 liter Boosterjet engines.

The highlight of the event was the release of the new car in Spring 2018 in India and it will be delivered by Maruti Suzuki India at the Geneva Motor Show. It seems that India will take the lead of the car in bringing new car to the clients, way before then here in Pakistan. The industry experts remarked that the lack of stringent policy and enough sales have slowed down the turn of events in Pakistan and the local automobile industry is the main obstacle to launch new car in the country. The auto policy has also been managed to deal with the different problems and consider the short span after its implementation. It is provided with surprise that progress on the vehicle is slowly and surely makes it known.
