They carried out monitoring of voice, data and SMS and check their performance on the basis of their various metrics and they were given the ranks. Zong offers quick 3G data and Jazz has topped the position for 4G speeds in 2018 across Pakistan. in the User data throughput (3G), Zong is leading with 6.35 mbps while Jazz is leading in User data throughput (4G) with 20.67 mbps.
Voice
Service accessibility
Ufone is the leading service provider with the network availability of 99.90% and Telenor was at the final stage with the network availability of 98.98%.
Grade of Service

Ufone has maintained the best grade of service with the score of 0.10% and Telenor was at the final position among service providers with1.02%.
End to end speech quality
Zong has the best clarity of service in terms of voice and Telenor has worst clarity of voice.
Session abnormal release rate
This metric is measured how often the users lose connections abnormally. Telenor was last with the 1.64% drop rate and Ufone was first with 0.30% drop rate.
SMS
In terms of SMS success rate, Zong is leading with 99.83% and Jazz is trailing with 99.83% while Ufone is at the 99.78%.
End to end SMS delivery time
Ufone took most of the time to deliver the SMS and Zong took the least time to deliver the SMS.
