TEVTA Offers IT Course to 60,000 Students

Lahore, The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is playing the important role in producing the qualified individuals to provide the employment opportunities to its citizens so that they can get the employment in the projects like CPEC.

The authority has declared that it will increase the number of candidates in IT short courses up to 60,000 all over Punjab province. The chairman of TEVTA said that the organization was offering the IT course in 135 institutes of the authority in different districts of this province. He further added that total 5000 students, who passed out the first batch of the course and now similar number of students are completing this course, which is still continued. There were total registered 5090 students in which 2230 were the female students and they will complete their IT course to get best career opportunities and will get good salaries in different projects.

TEVTA has the aim to finish the unemployment from the country by providing quality education to the students and also provide the best career opportunities. He addressed the meeting and provided the detail of the course that Microsoft was charging $105 per student from TEVTA and now it has been decreased to $10.
