WhatsApp is the popular messaging service, which is owned by Facebook Inc and it is suffered with widespread global outage that was lasted for several hours before it is being resolved.

It is reported that the WhatsApp users were unable to access the WhatsApp for few hours all parts of the world. Then they fixed the issue and they also apologized for the inconvenience to the users. The company said in their email, which was sent later. The service of WhatsApp was gone down in different parts in Canada, USA, India and Brazil. The users of WhatsApp faced the inconvenience due to non-availability of this service and it also affected the people to use this service on Apple Inc’s iOS operating system, Microsoft Corp’s Windows mobile OS and Alphabet Inc’s Android.

The professional class relies on the messaging service of WhatsApp in Brazil and its service was gone down for about two and half hours. There were many users, who switched to the rival system Telegram to pick up millions of the customers in Brazil after two last WhatsApp outages, after the order of the court. There are over 1.2 billion people all over the world, who use this service and the key tool for the commerce and communication in different countries. Facebook acquired this service in 2014 for $19 billion.
