A locally developed smartphone communication application, called “Hi App” has been introduced by Wi-tribe. This locally developed app is ready to compete with international level players like Viber, WhatsApp or even Skype. The users are allowed by “Hi App” having voice communication of high quality between smartphones while they’re using internet. Users can also use call landline phones and group voice calling after recharging their accounts through wi-tribe scratch cards or credit card. Wi-tribe will use its current LDI infrastructure for landline calls. Also, users can chat one to one and share content through images, voice messages or any file of this type. It is allowed by Hi App that 10 participants with each other can conference call. In the conference call, anyone can invite a friend during a conference call to add him/her which is different from Google Hangouts.

At the ITCN ASIA 2014, wi-tribe unveiled Hi App in its beta launch phase among general public, industry experts and tech enthusiasts. The interface of app is easy to navigate with an instinctive design to give preference to ease of user.
