The federal government of Pakistan has issued the directives to the administration of Islamabad to launch the mobile application for people of Islamabad as this app will provide different services at the doorstep of the residents of federal capital. Now the government has announced the complete lockdown across the country and people have to stay at home, which is the only solution of avoiding spread of COVID-19 pandemic, this app will help the people, who are now home bound and it will provide the necessary services in few clicks.

The PM said that after the testing of this app in Islamabad successfully, this app would be replicated all over the country. The administration of Islamabad city will provide 43 different online services after making the collaboration with National Information Technology Board and National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

Through the app, different primary services are included with emergency services, e-policing, passports, domiciles, NIC, vehicle registration, arms licenses, token tax payments, birth and death certificates and other services. The coronavirus related information will also be added in this app and people can also register their complaints against any medical store selling masks and other sanitary equipments at the reasonable rates.

The administration of the federal capital will also ensure the in time response to shortages of goods and other vital medical supplies and medicines or equipments to the residents of this city.
