Pakistani singer Atif Aslam has refused to perform in a concert in Indian city Gurgaon. According to media reports, Atif Aslam had to participate in a concert in Gurgaon on 27th August but he refused to participate in it. According to the official facebook page of Atif Aslam, the organizers had not released the due performance money in time.
