Islamabad,Higher Education Commission Has announced Scholarships for Phd program.Applications are invited from outside Pakistan/AJk national who intend to complete Phd from Pakistan Higher Education Commission Recognized universities Awarding insitutions(DAIs. The Scholarships are being offered for the academic year 2018-19. the candidate must have MS/M.Phil with 3rd Division or Grade D During entire academic career.candidate applying for direct Phd scholarships must have minimum CGPA 3.0(out of 4.0) and 1st division in MS/M.phil or equivalent.Last date to apply is 7th May 2018.
