Hyundai is the South Korean car manufacturing company and this company is going to make the partnership with Nishat Mills Limited of Mian Mansha to set up the vehicle assembly plant in Pakistan. The company, Hyundai has started the assembly of the vehicle and sale of the cars in Pakistani market through Dewan Group about a decade ago. The company has been looking for another partner to re-enter in Pakistani market and now it has done the new development and Hyundai has found the local partner to make this deal so that they can provide their vehicle in local market of Pakistan.
The rep of Nishat Mills talked with media and said that they have signed the memorandum of understanding with Hyundai Company and the plant in Pakistan will assemble the both types of the vehicles like passenger and commercial cars.
Nishat Mills sent the notice to PSX and it is added with the MoU, which is signed between Hyundai Motor Company and Sojitz Corporation Tokyo, Japan to negotiate and establish the framework to set up the green field project to assemble and sale of the HMC passenger and 1 ton commercial vehicle in Pakistan.
