The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) to provide work from home opportunities to CA women members.

Riaz A. Rehman, President ICAP and Tahira Raza, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Women Bank Limited signed the memorandum of understanding. During the MoU signing ceremony, Hina Usmani, chairperson CA Women’s Committee, Abdul Malik, Chief Operating Officer, ICAP, senior officials of the institute and FWBL were also present, which was held at ICAP House, Karachi.

Through the MoU, FWBL will get the benefits from the professional resource pool of CA women and ICAP will increase the outreach through branch network of FWBL and they will provide the avenues to FWBL to have the professional and educated clientele. They have developed their loan schemes for women members and students in order to recognize and promote the managerial and leadership skills for the capacity building and advocate the creation of enabling work environment and they are other areas, where the joint efforts will be done by the organizations by conducting the regular monitoring.
