The movie “X-Men: Apocalypse” became top scorer on box office by earning Rs. 6.8 billion. “X-Men: Apocalypse” was released on weekend and it is the sequel of 2014 film “X-Men: Days of Future Past” in which a devil force rebirths after thousands of years to destroy the world.
The film remained successful to take top position on box office by earning Rs. 6.8 billion in the early days. James McAvoy has performed the role of “X-Men” while other main roles in the film are performed by Jennifer Lawrence and Michael Fassbender.
Second position in the box office is taken by fantasy-adventure film “Alice Through the Looking Glass” with earning of Rs. 2.94 billion while the film also released this week. This movie is the sequel of film “Alice in the Wonderland”. In this latest film, Alice is shown traveling the magical world to find his stupid friend ‘Mad Hatter’.
Film “The Angry Birds”, which remained on top last week, came at 3rd position this week by earning 1.95 rupees.
