There are two films that will be banned on this Eid in Pakistan which are Chennai Express and Once Upon A Time in Mumbai 2 in which Sharukh Khan and Akshay Kapoor was seen.

Abdul Rashid who is a renowned distributor has decided to ban two Indian Movies though it was expected and was planned that four Indian Movies will be released in Pakistan on this Eid, this will also result in affecting viewership of Pakistani Films more likely. As we all know about the number of Sharukh and Akshay fans in Pakistan and with this ban surely the fans will miss the new films Chennai Express and Once Upon a Time in Mumbai 2.

The reason according to Abdul Rashid is that they want to give Pakistan result they have decided to ban the Indian Films on this Eid.
He added that there are four Pakistani films that are ready for release and we want those to hit the box office without the competition with Indian Films.
As the two banned films were expected to be released on 15th August which could affect our business, Rashid but since we’ll be releasing our own movies it is no more of problem. We waited for this moment very long.
