New York, Hollywood black color actors boycotted the ceremony of Oscar Award on ignoring them for the award show. This is the second consecutive year that the most of the white colored actors are nominated for the award shows and there are some announcements to boycott this ceremony. In the nominations of the Oscar award, Will Smith was included for the best actor for the best biopic movie, ‘Street Out of Compton’, and ‘Kinkoshan’.
Hollywood director, Spike Lee and actress Jada Pinket Smith also said that they would not participate in the ceremony of Oscar Award due to nomination of most of the white colored actors. She left a video message on facebook that they would not attend Oscar Award. They said that most of the white actors are nominated for different categories and they black colored are not working for the movies. They said that if they attend the award show, then they will feel very awkward to go there and look that all of the white colored actors are nominated for different categories.
