A trio of budget-oriented Android smartphones is quietly announced by T-Mobile US. The carrier’s lineup is joined by Samsung Galaxy Light, Alcatel One Touch Evolve and Alcatel One Touch Fierce, with already the last two on its shelves.
Samsung Galaxy Flame is leading the way. In its pocket-friendly body, the Korean offering packs a lot of punch. The handset sports 1GB of RAM, 1.4GHz quad-core CPU made by Samsung and 8GB of built-in storage, can be expanded via microSD card slot.
There is a 5MP camera on the back and a 3MP front-facing unit. The display of Samsung Galaxy Light is a 4” unit with a resolution of 800×480 pixels. The known specs are completed by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, NFC and 1800mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Alcatel One Touch Fierce sports a larger, 4.5” display with qHD resolution (960×540 pixels). It features a gig of RAM alongside 2.4GB of available storage (further expandable) and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek CPU.
The One Touch Fierce offers VGA front-facing unit and a 5MP main camera. It is powered by 1800mAh battery and boots Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
There is the Alcatel One Touch Evolve finally, which is powered by a 1GHz single-core MediaTek CPU. 512MB of RAM, 4GB of built-in memory, microSD card slot, 4’ WVGA display, 5MP camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean are the rest of entry-level device’s specs.
Samsung Galaxy Light
Availability and pricing of Samsung Galaxy Light are yet to be revealed. For $19.99 down and 24 monthly payments of $6, the Alcatel One Touch Fierce is currently available, while Alcatel One Touch Evolve is priced at $27.99 down and 24 monthly payments of $3.
