Apple has the technology to develop the inroads self driving car but now the giant of South Korea, Samsung has also prepared the self driving car. Now the company has granted the approval for the test of the self driving car. The company got the approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of South Korea and they allow the smart phone manufacturing company to test out their recently developed, autonomous vehicle and check it on the public roads.
The deep learning technology and artificial intelligence is used in this project to prepare the autonomous car on the basis of commercialized Hyundai vehicles and it will be able to navigate in the challenging conditions of weather. Samsung is included in 20 other companies, which have received the approval to test the autonomous vehicles. The self driving cars call the collaboration of different cutting edge technologies from automobile, information, communication and artificial intelligence sectors.
