Scholarship Coverage & Allowance
Tianjin Government Scholarship in China is fully funded scholarships in China for international students. The Scholarships will provide scholarships to study in China for free.
Full Scholarship
- The Registration, Tuition, Textbook
- Accommodation fee is free.
- The Living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance fee are provided.
- Partial Scholarship
- Estimated costs for partial scholarship students.
- Application fee: 400 RMB
- Learning materials: 500 RMB/ academic year
- Insurance: 800 RMB/ academic year
- Accommodation: 70RMB/day (single room) & 35RMB/day (double room) Including: bathroom, bed, air conditioner, TV, Internet.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be citizen of a country other than People’s Republic of China, and he should be in good health.
- Be high school degree holder under age of 30, when he applies for bachelor’s programs
- Be bachelor’s degree holder under age of 35, when he applies for master’s programs
- Be master’s degree holder under age of 40, when he applies for Ph.D. programs.
Required Application Documents
Tianjin government scholarship application form: Fill in application form attached in Chinese or English.
Highest diploma (notary photocopy): Applicants shall provide proof of studying on application. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notary translations in Chinese or English.
Academic transcripts (notary photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
Study or research plan will be provided in Chinese or in English, which will not be less than 800 words.
Recommendation letters: Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors.
Photocopy of Passport
Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (original copy should be kept by the applicant), and original Blood Test Report: The form printed by Chinese quarantine authority could be downloaded from online and the candidates should complete it in Chinese or English language.
The medical exams must cover all items, which are mentioned in foreigner physical examination form. The applications with incomplete records or without signature of attending physician and official stamp of hospital or sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The candidates will select the appropriate time for the medical exams and it is valid for 6 months only.
Deadline
The candidates can submit the application forms for Tianjin Government scholarship program by the last date of 10th June 2019.
