World Health Organization has issued the new directors to the healthcare workers that corona virus can go airborne. They workers need to take the airborne precautions at the time of treating the patients, who are affected by the corona virus. WHO New Alerts About Coronavirus
This study was published in the New England journal of Medicine and it stated that the COVID-19 particles can remain in the air for about three hours and they can remain infectious on copper surfaces for about 4 hours and 24 hours on the card board and 72 hours on the stainless steel and plastic. The head of WHO emerging diseases and zoonosis unit said that the studies have confirmed that corona virus can remain infectious in the air, when any person transmit it by sneezing or coughing. As the number of the corona virus cases are increased in Europe and USA because the countries did not show their seriousness regarding the tests, isolation and there are contact tracing of the corona virus cases are increased.
