Yousaf Refuses Retirement from International Cricket

Former Pakistani Captain and world-renowned test batsman, Muhammad Yousaf has refused all heresy about his retirement from international cricket. He said that he is not playing any type of cricket at this time but he did not announce his retirement up till now.

He said that he is not playing cricket from last three years but he still maintained his fitness level and he does his practice daily and he has not planned his retirement from international cricket. Various media reporters have drawn his attention to different media statement for his retirement from international cricket.

He refused to accept these reports and said that these news are false and incorrect. The retirement from international cricket is his personal decision and other people should respect his decision. He said that all other cricket-playing nations provide proper send off to the players on their retirement from international cricket by unfortunately; Pakistan Cricket Board has not adopted this trend.

He further added that there are various players, who earned good name for Pakistan like Wasim Akram and other cricketing giant, who left the cricket calmly and Pakistan Cricket Board did not acknowledge their talents and achievements, which is discouraging for the players associated with this game.
