Zong 4g Graduate Training Programme

Zong 4G Graduate Trainee Program 2018:

Zong has offered the 4G graduate trainee program, which is the exclusive talent development program of CMPak Zong, which is prepared for the talented fresh graduates, who want to become future leaders at Zong. Zong 4G takes the pride since 2013 in developing the GTOs and the participants can become leaders in their respective fields. Zong hires the fresh graduates as the graduate trainee officers through assessment process and the it is developed by the tailor made GTO Development Plan (GDP). The learning of GTOs is added with the intensive development scheme with class room training, on the job training, mentoring and coaching and the personalized job rotation to various departments and function for 18 months. The development plan supports GTOs and culture of Zong and they team up them with various departments in order to grow and give the fast track career path.

Eligibility Criteria for Zong 4G Graduate Trainee Programme 2018:

• Age Limit: Not more than 26 years at the time of hiring.
• Education: Fresh Graduates with following degrees are eligible to apply; BBA/MBA, Bachelors/Masters of Engineering (Telecom/Electrical/Electronics), Bachelors/Masters of Information Technology or equivalent.
• Score/CGPA: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% Marks required.
• Work Experience: Not more than 01 years.
