PTCL to Launch 36Mbps Wireless Broadband With-in Two Weeks

Many think that for mobile broadband needs, 3G or 4G is their last resort but that’s not the case now.

It should be noted that PTCL is now ready to shock the whole market once again with its new amazing offer as it did few years ago by launching EVO and Nitro devices.

We have been confirmed that just within couple of weeks, PTCL will offer that blazing internet speed of 36mbps to the people of Pakistan.

According to the information, this new technology by PTCL is capable of providing 36mbps download wireless broadband speed along with 7Mbps for data uploads within existing WLL spectrum of PTCL.

It has been confirmed that on the network that is tested by PTCL in a live environment currently, the actual download speed crossed 30Mbps.

This new project is named as “Chaar Ji” by PTCL and after the launch of this project; customers can expect the actual download speeds of 20 to 25Mbps.

Though PTCL hasn’t confirmed anything officially so far but after cross examining, we were able to know that this superb and lighting fast broadband wireless speed will be available on Wi-Fi dongle devices similar to EVO. It is the thing that we’ve only heard only from our foreign friends.

We are told that the device will be available at the starting price of Rs. 3000/month at the time of launch though it might got expensive with the passage of time due to higher data caps but all these things are not finalized.
