Amazon Finally Allows Android Devices For Cloud Gaming

AmazonLuna Cloud Gaming service was only provided for company’s Fire TV, iOS, Mac and Windows while Android Devices were not offered a compatibility with the Amazon’s Cloud Gaming Services. In a recent development, the company has decided to include some Android devices which will now be compatible with these services.

It is mandatory to mention here that only those Android devices will support the Luna services that will meet few system requirements. Luna has listed some devices that are currently added in the list of compatible devices and more devices will be included in future. The list issued by Luna is given below.

  • Pixel 4XL, 4a, 4a 5G, 5
  • Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, Note 10, Note 10+, S20 5G, S20+ 5G, S20 Ultra 5G, Note 20
  • OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7 Pro 5G, 8, 8 Pro, Nord, 7T, 7T Pro, 7T Pro 5G

The newly launched devices including Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 2 are not compatible with Amazon’s Luna Cloud gaming.

Only Android 9 or higher version will support these services. The internet speed must be up to 10Mbps. User will also have a Chrome version 86 or latest version. The subscription fee for Amazon’s Luna Cloud Gaming Services is $6 and fee varies from region to region.
